In this terrible market and macro-economic conditions, MNB is now at the point where it really has to start producing or come significantly close to production for a meaningful significant re-rate. Anything it says now that doesn't indicate that we are closer to production, no matter how "good" it sounds, will just be treated as fluff. Market is now entering ultra-cautious mode, and having a long-awaited DFS delayed yet another time will be penalized accordingly, even if it can secure free electricity in the next announcement.
