The Togolese government has chosen the option of bidding for the purchase of 35,000 tons of fertilizer for food crop from 2013 to 2014 to avoid delivery delays which have impacted, years ago, domestic production in full recovery of the agricultural sector, Xinhua said Thursday an official source.

The option was made ??public in a statement by which the Togolese authorities have authorized the Department of Agriculture to acquire the fertilizer by tender targeting commercial companies
