Chequemate,
if you read the MAK threads you will notice that someone comes up with this wopper ever couple of days, including the odd serial pest. At least you were polite enough to ask it as a question and not state it as fact. The capex as stated by the company is at a maximum $50m. This is compared to iron ore and other companies which often do need $500m or $1bn just to get started. Good luck if you're buying in, you won't be alone at these levels, even though many of the posters here got in much cheaper.
