Condisoil is a Malaysian only product. I consider it a 50% possibility with little or no impact to Lynas either way.

Phosphate Fertilizer from new KAL operations is almost a certainty in my opinion. The Mt Weld area has long been looked at -and by Wesfarmers- as a source of phosphate fertilizer. Just very hard to impossible to compete with international rock phosphate prices. The rare earth et al by-products can make Mt Weld phosphate more competitive and given current continuing supply chain and shipping logistics and cost challenges, a local source has another benefit.
