    With respect & imo you'll be competing with another institutional buyer who wants to buy millions of shares if it gets into 40's so might be better to top up soon even if you pay a couple cents more then you will reap the full run up next time otherwise you might miss out or meed to pay much more than current prices. All my opinion and DYOR.
