Billcan, it's not cultural problems in Russia. It is the sanctions. They cannot talk/have dialog with Russian telcos.

Yes, the US is a problem and doesn't look great. But I have confidence they want and will make it happen in the long run. They've delivered a lot of success in the short term - with such progressive expansion plans, it's likely that some wont go to plan. But the fact that so much has should give you confidence in the future.

If the UK falls apart, then maybe we'll all have to have another look at our investment.
