When he was talking about maximising the customer life value, he was talking about the Convey business. $5 for subscription is now a dream. It's now 'about the price of a coffee'. Different areas will have different prices - they adjust the price to get maximum customer life value in that geography. That's what they do. They optomise.

He even mentioned this in his address, that they were seeing declines - in growth i suspect. Then he mentioned that they picked up. I think you can see that in the graph he showed too.
