Well, any way to look at it, ARC is undervalued.
Cash, ADI stake, franking credits, and the O & G properties.
Unfortunately the fall in the price of the shares has turned ARC from a company that could buy another one in the sector using its shares to a target.
I wonder how much Cliff Head could be sold for? What's its value?
ARC's parts are worth more than the whole....
