I agree with simgrund, in that we should be barking still,
but as time goes by, I think everybody realises that not much is going to happen this year, now.
Maybe by this time next year all the legal actions will be finalised and the Octaviar liquidation finished.
It will be then a matter of distributing any money back to us original unit holders (from 2008). Not holding my breath on what that percentage will be. If all things are equal we should get all our money back with the interest we have missed out on the last 4 years.
Please can someone out there confirm this?
