I have now closed out approx. 85% of what was a very large holding in FET
the recent announcement to expand into retirement village REIT''S will I believe will require further capital raising ....... fine, if this new sector were as lucrative as childcare, but I don't think it will be - going by the results of other players in this industry .......
net return over the 6 month period for this last sell off was about 5% net and with leveraging approx. 9% (part was not leveraged)....
did not sell at the highs of previous months but will settle for this - capital retained, and a reasonable profit made ....
