    Comical your thoughts on the late Ken Talbot

    He was calcaualted investor

    He would always flip an asset if he made a profit and he had ltd exit strategies

    he wasnt a bottomless pit..

    At the end of the day thats what its about..a profit

    He always had an exit strategy...he didnt want to sit there for 10 years searching for partners...

    he took a strategic position, which he knew one day would be sought after by the Chinese or another group

    Thats where we are now... Ken talbot wasnt about dreams and visions and gambles like you are/say
