To be objective, most of your points are not incorrect, but most are not specifically related to ZIP only, but more general/common sense.
We can't just simply judge ZIP should be given high valuation based on its progress of ZipT app. Can we justify 1PG valuation of $800m, Brain Chip $400m, peers, Viber US$900m, WhatsApp US$21b ?
My view is ZIP has a great product with huge potential, and more important ZIP has few institutions holders including K2 Fund, Northshore, UBS recently.
