I agree with your analysis summertime.

URL pretty much has the same sized mine as PNA (expected annual production of around 50,000 tonne p.a.) but has a market cap 5 times smaller than PNA's (before announcement of PNA's feasibiility study results). With feasibility study results only a few months away, a good diversification of deposits and in bed with Xstrata (who previously brought in at $0.22/share) and the mine being in Australia, at a share price of $0.15 this stock looks like an overlooked Cu bargain.
