My question, if anyone knows, (TIS web site didn't bother to respond) has the EMA ever previously classified something as a device and then used some other classification for shelf life (or anything else)?
This picking and chooseing whatever they feel like from different classifications seems a little odd and makes their whole process look like a joke.
