Same here....waiting for the offer to go unconditional. Otherwise I will accept sometime after July 1 to defer paying capital gains on the profit for another year.

I don't see Toho increasing the bid, but I see a removal of the 90% condition somewhere in the next week or so.

I sincerely doubt that they will let the bid fail, and they would probably be happy with 70-80% of the company if it came to that.
