    My bank (Raiffeisen) informed me on 19 May 2010 about my
    possibilities: acceptance of purchase offer (0,24 AUD)or
    non-acceptance.
    Decision must be made by 7 July 2010.

    Deutsche Bank holds abt. 14 % of CBH shares. That means, that Toho cannot reach 90 % of CBH.

    Has anyone a clue how to behave as a small shareholder ????
