i just contacted the co. & you are right about the co. looking at moving the new options issue record date 1 week forward to around 4th february. thanks for the info on that one. there would be an announcement about this early next week if the co. does decide to go for a date change.

to answer your question you posed on the gold thread about the good value that the new options appear to be......... i assume that the new options issue, with a strike price of only 10c, is the company's way of rewarding shareholders whom also held the old options MCOOA - which expired on dec 31st, 2008 well out of the money.
