    Its about as true as JB doing a good job in obtaining this project on time without no problems.lol

    Most locked in around 2c or so, the pumps and sell offs imho will let everyone out before retailers hit green and then the project will be taken over for next to nothing by creditors when it tanks again and mum and dads cant tip in anymore ...

    Great refinancing coming soon.....Not a chance
