One thing I forgot to mention is always watch the quarterly cash flow reports carefully. Some juniors decide to start handing themselves more cash once it starts flowing. I’m comfortable with reasonable payment for their services. But some take or to excess. It tells you a lot about management. Our best wins in the old days were great management, that took very little (some took nothing!), as they knew what they had.
