you are really trying to think too hard. if you are looking at the 62% spot price, then price received will be adjusted for the actual %FE content and then impurities such as high S, Al, P. It is no different from your gold/copper analysis where they will penalize for arsenic and other waste.
As FEX will be producing above 62%, use the 62% spot price as a conservative guide. Yes it will change, it might be $90usd at the end of the year or it might stay around $150usd. That is the risk you take, just like any other commodity producing stock.
