When a house is put up for sale, the longer it remains on the market, the more hesitant buyers become in purchasing it.

What we're seeing here and have been for some time is similar in that selling seems to prolong more selling.

There's no line wipes like there ought to be - rather the moment it seems like it's about to move, a few sells get put up as though it's a race to exit on the back of the most minimal of rises.

We don't see this with the other three IO plays, hence why they're trading at such a more realistic value.

Selling prolongs selling just like buying it up would trigger more buying i.e FOMO.
