It's not just FEX, same thing has happened to GWR today (no change despite
first shipment ann) and OBM this week (first gold poured ann). The market seems
to want to see the balance sheets with $$$ in black and white before a re-rate. But with both
FEX and GWR, the IO has resumed its upward movement, so a re-rate must
surely come at some stage.
