FEX's is not a sexy stock e350, struggles to draw the attention of the big IO & lithium companies. Hopefully will pay for itself come next dividend next year.
Management have plenty of incentive (with their performance shares) to get the SP increasing in 2024. Personally I would forgo the dividend for a similarly sized increase in share price without the big sell off that the dividend brings
