Apart from haulage and getting enough drivers, I suspect that the port will be their biggest challenge.
I recall that they have an agreed limit on what they ship through the port at the moment and would have to negotiate an increase. That might be the easy bit as capacity to ship more through the port will quickly become an issue as others ramp up and numbers of ships increases. Already we can see ship arrivals being delayed due to their berth being occupied.
I agree though, their longer term priority has to be find more resources to extend mine life along with securing the ability to transport & ship more through the port.
