The hedge starts October and will be cash settled at the end of each month, so it should be starting in 10 days, and the first transaction will be settled whatever date they settle it after the end of each month.
At this stage the bank we’re hedged with is looking at roughly $5mil a month payment to FEX if IO stays at the current price. We easily have the cash reserves to cover any lag with these settlements.
