In the end the dividend policy was probably not the correct strategy at this point in time/cycle and on market buy back probably would have helped more, as the FEX register looks flakey and dominated by bots, day traders, short term trading companies etc. This would have potentially flushed alot of these parties out. There are not many ASX companies with MC of only 100mil that trade at such huge volumes daily
