I'm also in 30s and have invested large sum in FEX. My DCF is conservative and gets to valuation in mid 50s. IO price is still around average level where FEX made cash backing of 14 cps over four months to June and the decision to hedge for 12 months from October looking pretty clever in recent days. For me regardless of age this is a good investment, bearing in mind short mine life.
