Paulsen's is not really a conventional mining operation.
It can only be an owner-operator arrangement with hire fleet, true mining costs will be way out there should it ever get off the ground.
Fenix is very simple by comparison.
Corporate plays that can make Fenix a little more attractive but it's hard to take the Paulsen's project seriously at the moment from a mining point of view.
