I suppose I look at like a bit of an insurance policy. In that that is always a risk premium about something that may occur sometime into the future that has value. You are in my view buying a into a sort of a gold nugget buried into the ground. You know it'd there, it has value you don't know it's exact size or when you can get its value realised or when and the price they are paying at the time. By all of your research and absolute knowledge of some of HC posters and investors you have had the time assimilate the sum of their inputs to give you enough information to get into the kitchen or stay in the kitchen while the brew is percolating or get out of kitchen. My position is I want to see the nugget unfolded and want to stay in the kitchen. The end result will not be any one thing surmised but a hybrid of many of things discussed on this great forum. Thanks to all those well meaning helpful caring posters ( you know who you are) who add value to this forum. DYOR and I don't it is 2FAR2go
