management thinks SP is cheap but can't say why they think it's cheap?

i think current SP is actually overvalued & can say why:
the fair value of FFG's assets is only $14.67M as follows, but the MC is almost $40M!
in what world is $14.67M fair value to $40M MC undervalued!
& the risk here is so large that i'd expect a discount to net assets not a +200% premium, especially considering the assets aren't even liquid: just imagine what would happen to ICI if FFG dumped its 5M ICI shares (it would crash Abelco's value as they hold 187M ICI shares)
& expenses are through the roof
i think FFG is a stock i will now avoid
