i have the same question! what do you think?

i have recently come across quite a few things i don't like; see their latest report.
for example, & besides the $6.7M share based payments last year, there was an additional $555,848 in "employee benefits expense", $1.4M "Administration expenses", $264,364 in "listing and filing fees", $340,702 in "Finance costs" which combined gives a total imo that's far, far too high:



for example just breaking down the $1.4M Adminstration expenses:



$1.11M in "consulting fees" OMG! what could that be!? do the executives & employees actually do any work themselves... all very strange imo.

fyi: i don't personally hold; i recommended this share to my family, they're down around 50%
