FL, in another Co I know, directors paid themselves consultancy fees for doing due dil on a purchase of a business the Co was thinking of buying from another director. They went ahead, the Co collapsed shortly after due to the purchase and all the greedy bastards kept all the dosh. And I thought directors were already paid to do that sort of thing. Not saying that this is what is happening here.
