a lot has changed since then, i've researched a lot more, & also admit to making serious miscalculations valuing the co's various assets:
one example: i was careless & thought FFG directly owned 192.5M ICI shares. the real figure is only 5M shares, with the remainder (187.5M shares) owned by Abelco/Fatfish Internet Pte Ltd.
so in my original analysis i counted the 187.5M ICI shares twice, on their own, & additionally because their value is/was already included in FFG's approx 40% holding in Abelco.
at ICI's current SP of 12.5¢, my amateur mistake of confusing the entity name "Fatfish Internet Pte Ltd" (owned by Alelco) with "Fatfish Medialab Pte Ltd" (owned by FFG) was alone a $23.4M blunder.
today, Abelco's total MC is only about $25M making FFG's holding, including the 187.5M ICI shares, worth only $10M.
