Glad you can appreciate an opposing view. Don't worry my average is lower than where we are now and if the sp was to get there it would be an easy sell.
Not sure why you think management having 60m performance rights is a bad thing. It aligns their incentives with our investment. The better they do the higher the sp, the more profit for everyone. Also the daily average is about 15m so if they wanted to sell then the shares would be absorbed fairly quickly.
