Another crypto exchange in addition to Binance and Bittex (two of the biggest exchanges) have put a halt on new user registrations. Below is the message for new users from Cryptopia (NZ Exchange):
On twitter and private telegram groups people are selling accounts on crypto exchanges for thousands of dollars! Just for an account! All the new users are now moving to Kucoin but rumor is they can't cope and will shortly put a temporary ban on new users. If Kryptos-X can get up and running within the next few months there is a real possibility of this exchange gaining major traction. I think it's time to top up while the share price is still so low because I it won't last that's for sure.
