    NOT ramping - im excited about the future - take it as you will - nothing wrong with investor getting excited - killjoy ? lol

    25% premium discount to share price is normal - - it will be a private placement to sophisticated and professional investors so they will get it at a rough 25% cheaper than current shareprice - thats how it works
