I am not saying ASX governs Corporations Act, am saying that ASX probably didn't like the outdated Corporations Act that they are governed under. In anyway he ASX has the final say on listing or relisting matters. ASIC has not made any statement. No news is good news as they say. Meanwhile, we have a positive statement from ASX.
