The recent announcements/updates relating to Altarian and Kryptos X have provided a welcome distraction from the ICI issue.
If FFG can maintain at least some steady flow of news that shows progress on other projects, it's likely that the market will be less concerned about ICI at least until judgement day and then of course all eyes will be back on that case.
