Agreed.
They have splurged out on new staff but that's like throwing the kitchen sink at new contracts so it could pay off handsomely or the next Q could see huge cash burn and more pain.
Trump's wall could be a biggy especially with the recent JV with Westco (#2nd biggest in U.S) and last I heard they would start construction in July/August.
