Shouldn't take long to start trading in US OTC markets,
FFTTF is already showing up, so some progress must have been made.
FFG doesn't have to issue any more shares, so that should make it even faster.
My 1 question:
Seeing as FFG is not issuing more shares for US market,
They will have to buy off existing holders?
(well at least to start with)
How will they be able to buy retail seller shares, with the different time zones,
The ASX will be closed when they are open...
it's 9pm in NY now?
Does it mean they will only be buying through brokers etc, after hours,?
At least until they have enough shares in OTC US market?
Or will their orders have to wait overnight for FFG shares to be bought on market?
I guess once 50% or so of FFG shares are trading on their platform,
This won't be such an issue,
But at the start, where will their shares come from?...
