I know that management would have thought of all of this (and a lot more no doubt) but given this is my first experience with a spin-off, I can't stop my brain from trying to work through the logic of all of this. We will know the ins and outs soon enough as you said.

I would have majority of all this information sorted hence the de-merger announcement... and webinar... they would have a very good understanding in who the investment bank firm is going to be... also they obviously know who is in the data room....

So putting this all together is just a formality at this stage (well from an investment fund perspective)... the doc said on the webinar they hope to announce something in the coming week so that is around this time frame....
prob sellers trying to spook SH into selling out for a big run up...

news will drive this well north of 30c imo
