    You cannot have a transaction if there is no agreed value. If there is no agreed value how much do you pay?. What is the worth of each share issued to FFX holders?
    Without an agreed value how can Financiers lend money?
    If its to be a commercial transaction then both parties will agree on the buy /sell price .
