I feel like I'm never going to see this money again.

Too hard to follow what's going on now and they will no doubt make it as difficult as they can to get anything back.

Are they allowed to do something like "fill in this form by xx/xx/xxxx" and if you don't do that or see the email, it's gone?

If they send something by mail and you've changed address, is that just tough luck?

What are the laws now? Which share registration service does FFX use?

Sorry for the million questions, just trying to understand what this looks like going forward.
