~ priority is getting a letter/email drafted and sent to lawyers, given that it appears that Morila SA (including tenements) has been transferred.

But at first glance - they are not good (opinionbased on my initial calculations and extrapolation of unknown values .. .. .. .. as well as some "conflicting" numbers assumed by the Company versus what is in the Mining Code/s particularly around the Government's 30% participation.
