    Not sure if this should be in general discussions however if FFX was truly on its deathbed wouldn’t the ASX allow them to sell the LLL shares?

    Although the cash injection is needed, the fact this request was declined could be seen as a good thing (surely a request to stop a company going south would be deemed sufficient to waive the escrow)?

    IMO only.
