    Maybe a bit over the top to start an entirely new thread, but;

    FFX is essentially dead.

    Under current board they currently have tow possibilities;
    1, They actually manage to sell FFX after Morilla is sold = FFX no longer exists, or
    2, They have promised if there be no deal they will give (some) cash on hand to share holders and the escrow shares back to share holders next year and FFX is to be wound up (delisted) = FFX no longer exists.

    Under proposed new board; (as is my understanding)
    1, No sale of FFX.
    2, All assets to by returned to share holders and FFX to be wound up = FFX no longer exists.

    There is no point in putting up posts about the possible continuation of the company or how some perceive the experience of directors to be (on both the current board and new proposed board (although the new proposed board does seem very qualified to me, for our circumstance)).

    FFX simply will not exist come Christmas next year.
