See i took "the bank" to be an investment bank - who would be used as an intermediary to deal with both whatever came out of the data room and also make recommendations on the appropriate structure/valuation/capital raising for the de-merged lithium arm... The sooner, the better...
He has also raised the possibility of turning to a commercial bank to provide a debt facility for the gold expansion (to support and accelerate that expansion). This would be less urgent given we are still working through our tailings and drilling phase...
