    Agree with the posters talking about what is going to happen with the asset not applying for a loan. My take from the webinar was that they're looking for financiers/JV partners or even a sale for the right price. Don't see the need for a debt facility right now with no cash outlays foreseeable beyond the $29M in the bank with more on the way
