If the Doc was aware a certain entity was selling out, I wouldn't at all put it past him to hang onto an announcement till it was over. I know continuous disclosure etc, but that release can always need one more check by the Board, myriad of excuses to delay it. For newer holders, we had a dumper regularly taking out 2 lines at a time last November. The Doc waited for that dump then 2 minutes later announced the Directors buying on market a considerable number of shares, I think from memory 1.5m for the Doc alone.
