You know deals aren't announced to the market until they are agreed then there is a period till which they close. Those from the BGS days will remember the offer for $107 mil back in 2017/18. Never closed but was announced once both sides agreed and then it fell over because funds weren't deposited. So a deal could be close to being announced and then the crew come in and stuff it up.

I seriously struggle how 3 guys who have ZERO experience in mining except for "investing in battery metals" will be able to close a deal in a foreign country to which none have been.
